IMPORTANT NOTES
International Dues Billing
- Bills for International dues are being prepared semi-annually on basis of membership strength as 1st June and 1st December and full credit is allowed automatically for members dropped during June and December...MMR must reach Bombay office by 15th July or 15th January otherwise no credit will be allowed for dropped members.
- All the dues are payable semi-annually as per strength on 1st July and 1st January Credit is allowed for members dropped thereafter.
- List of members as per International record is enclosed with the International bill for semi-annual dues and membership strength as per International and as per your MM&A report is also given at the bottom of the bill. You are advised to check the same and if there is any difference then please tally club roster with list of International. Marked the members not in your list, photo copy of MM&A reports in which they were reported as dropped.
- Drop the members in the month of May and November by the name as given in the List attached with International Bill and also given his/her membership number and month of joining.
District Dues Billing
As per contest rules of our district you are required to make payment with in the stipulated dates mentioned above. In case of bill not received by you, for some unforeseen reasons, payment has to be made as per membership strength of your club as shown in the membership Report of June. Please note that International will levy a service charge @ 1.5% per month on outstanding amount beyond 60 days from the date of bill raised.
