Lion Anil Sharma
Born in to a well established business family of Ludhiana, studied up to graduation level and there after joined as Marketing Executive with Vardhman Group of Industries.

He is happily married to Mrs. Suman Sharma who is a music teacher in reputed school of Ludhiana. The couple is blessed with two lovely daughters Neha and Deeksha, pursuing their professional studies.

During his college days he remained an active participant with cultural activities and won so many inter college competitions. He is a great lover of Punjabi culture and is always keen to assist the up coming artistes. He had been on the role of Jalandhar Door Darshan and may plays enacted by the famous writers were enacted. Kala Samriti (Regd.) was another platform which brought to fame this artist and made him popular amongst the masses.

He joined Lionism in the year 1987 and by dint of his hard work achieved newer heights to participate in various novel projects. He was elevated to the post of President in the year 1997-98, but before that he had been assigned important portfolio of District Chairman (Extension).

• 1998-99 was the year for the post of Zone Chairman and further Region Chairman in the year 2002-03.
• District and Multiple District PRO in the year 2003-04.
• Committee Chairperson (Leadership) 2006-07.

Presently he has been assigned the post of District Cabinet Secretary.

In addition to the above numerous awards have been conferred up on him by the District, Multiple and International authorities.
