1. The venue of District conference has been changed. Now the 17th Annual District Conference CHAITNYA-2009 will be held at Sunrise Resorts & Farm House, Ludhiana-Chandigarh Road, Village Ramgarh, Ludhiana on 19th April 2009. Detailed circular follows. The MJF dinner will be held on 18th April, 2009 at Hotel Friends Regency, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana.

2. All Lion members will be covered up to Rs 100,000/- under Personal Accident policy with effect from 1st April, 2009. This cover will be available provide the DIstrict dues of all members are paid and his/her name appears as a member on LCI web-site.

3. All Clubs are requested to register in advance.

4. All Clubs are requested to pay their International dues immediately AS THE US $ rate is definitely going to be higher for April. The rate for March is INR 50.27= 1 US$

5. Please submit your Club's Monthly report immediately, please dont wait for 31st March as you may be busy in year end closing.
